I’ve been suffering from insomnia during pregnancy for a couple months now and I want to know what the easiest way to cure insomnia during pregnancy is. Are there any fellow insomniacs out there that have had any luck with methods other than medicine or herbal remedies? My insomnia makes me a zombie all day and I do not want to be dependent on pills to get enough sleep. I am constantly tired! Any tricks you would like to share?
